Client/Customer Service Representative

Part-time Client Service Representative

Schedule: Minimum of 20 hours per week Monday – Friday with additional hours as needed

(Department hours: 8:00am – 5:05pm)

Responsibilities:
- answer trumbull’s multi-line main phone system
- assist clients with all questions, issues and concerns
- work the case pending list
- collect missing information for cases as needed
- work case deficiencies as needed
- work the daily case audit report
- prepare, pack and ship reference lab specimens
- daily pathology report send out
- other duties as assigned

One-the-job training provided.  

High school diploma or equivalent required.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, experience with Microsoft office programs, and a desire to learn the pathology industry as well as the inner-workings of Trumbull. Good organizational skills, attention to detail and dependability required.
